Returns/Exchanges

Please email Mackbelts@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Upon receipt, a member of our team will generate a return shipping invoice of $20 which is the cost of our shipping carrier for round-trip shipping. Once the shipping invoice is paid we will email you a return label. Simply print and stick on the original packaging! Please note below the following terms and conditions:

• Request for returns or exchanges must be submitted within five business days of the product delivery date.
• For items wishing to be returned or exchanged for a different model or style there will be a restocking fee of 45% plus shipping costs. This will be applied to the order upon verification the product is not damaged and is in resale condition.
• Exchanges or returns will not occur if the item shows the slightest evidence of damage or wear or is not in resale condition.
• We have the right to refuse exchanges and returns if it does not comply with our exchange policies listed above.
